In this Mother’s Day workshop, we will walk, sit, pray and meditate in a sacred space. To give honor to our mothers, even if our relationships with them were fraught with disappointment and pain. If nothing else, our mothers loved us enough to let us be born. Let’s give homage to our mothers, the Great Mother, and ourselves for carrying on the Great Heartbeat.

The workshop will include prayer, meditation, visualization, movement, music and ritual.



What to bring: Journal, blanket and pillow, water, a plant and a prayer you have written. In addition, please wear comfortable clothing.

We are now living through the great cry, individually and collectively. A cry for new, healing paradigm. We are the vehicles for this change. We are the vessels for this peace. And so it is that we are all sacred hearts. One heart beating for one love.

Before we were born, we lived by the rhythm of our mothers’ heartbeats. But in childhood, we might have fallen out of sync with our mother’s music, our source. We might think we always have to carry this longing, this loss. But we can always learn to re-align ourselves with the Great Heartbeat, the life pulse of Mother Earth.

However, this is more than a personal journey--we all stand on the grand precipice of this time. We are the children borne out of the marriage between heaven and earth. We are the sacred ones. We are the bridges for completion. The great healing is upon us.
