My heart is full.  I am overflowing.  The invitation for you is to join me in this ecstasy.  Life never ceases to amaze me.  It seems to me that life has been waiting to shower me with love since the beginning of time and I have held it at bay.    The glory of the simple Tantric exercises that we work with is that they consistently pull the rug out from under me so that for a few moments all of my walls come down and I can feel the love.  The simple love that has been waiting for me.  The love that knocks on my door every moment of every day.  The love that is waking me up to discover that this life is much more amazing than I ever dreamed.  Amazing in it's simplicity.  Amazing that I can experience ecstasy without needing anything to be different than it is.
