In this moment in history, as a society, our perspective of what is possible sexually is extremely narrow.  We have been living in a man's world and our understanding of sexuality has developed accordingly.  Our definition of orgasm tends to point towards what is referred to in Tantra as a 'peak' orgasmic experience.  Essentially masculine, the peak orgasm gradually builds strength until it 'peaks' with a huge release of energy and is usually followed by fatigue.  In this class we will come back to our bodies as women and learn to allow them to be our guide as we venture into the uncharted territory of the 'valley' orgasm.  This is an opening deep within us that allows us to ride the waves of lovemaking deeper and deeper into bliss.  Orgasm is no longer a momentary explosion, it is an extended state of pleasure that seeps into every aspect of our lives.

In Step 1 we will explore:

• Expanding our definition of orgasm to allow a broader spectrum of pleasure.
• Understanding our sexual conditioning and how it affects our orgasms (or lack of them).
• Exercises for discovering your sexuality and orgasm anew.

This class is for couples, the class is also offered for women only on May 29th.  All exercises are fully clothed with no sexual contact.
